PROCEREMENT

Whenever a Purchase Requisition (PR) is raised, it will be flowed to the parties that need to authorize and approve. The workflow could be using the email engine and any job request will sit in the email until the person responsible response to it. WE can now SMS enable this task, notifying the individuals. Only when the task is completed, the alert is terminated. It can be built intelligently into the system. It will become the process right until the Purchase Order (PO) is finalized.

INVENTORY

For any item that falls below the minimum level, a PR must be raised. If this activity is not raised, the inventory system can alert the responsible individual after a specified duration. The alert can also be raised if stocks level is too high and not moving.

SCHEDULING

Each job is given resource allocation with a specified duration to complete. The task may require specific expertise and several items from the inventory. At any point an alert can be raised to inform the responsible persons on the job status, it could either be on shortage of stocks in the inventory or unavailable expertise.
For time sensitive projects with many tasks that need to be monitored, SMS alert is the perfect tool.
